About Us

Driven by belonging & community

At the start of the pandemic, our co-founders, Ben and Mike came together over their shared passion for creating inclusive workforces driven by the increasing challenges of engaging remote and hybrid employees.

We started our life as Tahora working with enterprises such as Google, Natwest Bank and the Met Police. We have since rebranded to Happl.

Our Vision

Where we're going

Our goal is to make Happl the leading People Experience platform for businesses across the globe. We want every manager to feel empowered to engage and support their teams, to make sure employees feel like they belong.

Everyone is unique, and your people experience strategy should reflect this. As we move to international remote workforces, admin and compliance often limit the effectiveness of how we are engaging our teams. Happl is the inclusive tool we wished we had at our old companies, helping increase personalisation whilst decreasing admin.
Ben Towers - Co-Founder
Employee engagement is more important than than ever in a world of global remote work. Research has shown an enormous 70% of the variance in team engagement is determined solely by the manager, but manager support remains underserved. Happl is the first employee engagement platform to prioritise manager empowerment to directly improve company happiness and performance.
