2025 Benefits Benchmarking Survey Competition T&C's
1. Competition Organiser
The competition is organised by Happl (the “Organiser”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to individuals who complete the Happl HR & Benefits Benchmarking Survey.
2.2. Participants must submit their full name, email address, and telephone number at the end of the survey to be entered into the competition.
2.3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
2.4. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they are in compliance with their employer’s gifting policies. The Organiser is not responsible for any breaches of such policies by participants.
3. Entry Period
3.1. The competition will open at 9:00 AM GMT on Monday, 14th October 2024, and will close at 11:59 PM GMT on 1st January 2025.
3.2. Entries received after the competition period will not be eligible for the prize.
4. Entry and Participation
4.1. Entry into the competition is voluntary and free of charge.
4.2. By providing your name, email, and telephone number, you consent to being entered into the competition and being contacted in the event that you win.
4.3. Participants also consent to their personal information being used for potential marketing and promotional purposes by the Organiser, unless they opt out by contacting support@happl.com.
5. Prize
5.1. The prize for the competition is an Apple Watch. The model of the Apple Watch will be decided by the Organiser at the time of winner selection.
5.2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
5.3. If the selected winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, another winner will be drawn using the same computer-generated randomiser process.
6. Winner Selection
6.1. The winner will be selected at random by a computer-generated randomiser.
6.2. The winner will be notified via email and/or telephone using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
6.3. The Organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome of the competition will be entered into.
7. Opting Out
7.1. Participants may opt out of the competition at any time by emailing support@happl.com with the subject line “Remove Competition Entry” and providing their full name, email, and telephone number for identification purposes.
7.2. Upon receipt of the opt-out request, the Organiser will remove the participant’s data from the competition entry list.
8. Data Protection
8.1. The Organiser will collect and process participants’ personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8.2. Personal information will be used primarily for the administration of the competition and contacting the winner, but may also be used for future marketing communications from the Organiser, unless the participant opts out.
8.3. Participants may request access to or the removal of their personal data by contacting support@happl.com. The Organiser will remove all data within their control. However, the Organiser cannot guarantee full deletion of all data after the competition closes.
9. Liability
9.1. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical or communication failures, or any other reason beyond the Organiser’s control.
9.2. The Organiser is not liable for any breaches of employer gifting policies by participants.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the competition and its terms and conditions without prior notice if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
