# Happl

> Happl is a global employee benefits platform. HR, reward and finance teams use it to run benefits, insurance, allowances and recognition for employees in 160+ countries from one system.

Happl connects to a company's HR system, payroll and benefit providers. When an employee record changes, eligibility, enrolment and payroll deductions update automatically. Happl calls this a benefits operating system (BenefitsOS).
